GRNC Gun Raffle Rules

1. All firearm transfers will be made from federally licensed firearm dealers in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.

2. To obtain any firearm, winner be 21 years old and must meet state and federal firearm requirements to receive or possess firearms.

3. Winners need not be present at drawing to win.

4. Internet sales: Postal regulations prohibit mailing raffle tickets. For tickets purchased via the Internet, purchaser will receive e-mail with scanned image(s) of actual ticket(s) purchased.

5. Eligibility: Corporate officers and members of the board of directors for GRNC/FFE, Inc. (“Grass Roots North Carolina” are not eligible for raffle prizes.

6. Drawing will be held no later than March 28, 2009.

7. Winner is responsible for paying applicable FFL transfer fees.
