At issue are absentee ballots, either mailed unsolicited to mass numbers of people or otherwise flood state election systems with ballots of questionable validity
The tactic is being used by Democrats who expect Trump to win by a narrow margin
Their goal is to undermine the legitimacy of the election by flooding the zone with unsolicited ballots and millions of mail-in votes. In desperate attempt at getting Obama judges and Democrat-led boards of election overturning a Trump victory.
But you thought that only took place in state like Nevada, right?
Wrong. Thanks to the Democrat-led NC State Board of Elections, we are now fighting that battle here as well.
- Yessirree, the board of election is now going to “help” voters fill out absentee ballots, saying that 43% of incorrectly completed – and therefore uncounted – absentee ballots are from blacks, despite the fact that blacks only account for only 16% of absentee ballots submitted. (Apparently, ballots are “racist”).
- Under the scheme, which has yet to be approved by a judge as part of a settlement of a lawsuit brought by Democrat activists, the board of elections would contact people who failed to fill out ballots correctly and have them submit an “affidavit” to supplement the ballot.
- N.C. House Speaker Tim Moore said the changes would “gut the integrity of North Carolina voting laws” and said he is looking into legal options to stop the practice.
- Senate President Phil Berger said it would effectively bypass the need for a witness in filling out ballots, making the process ripe for fraud.
- Oh, yes: They would now have NINE DAYS after election day to perpetuate this fraud, instead of the three days currently in law.
- Although theoretically absentee ballots would still have to be postmarked by election day, I think it is safe to say that too will be ignored.
Incidentally, although the Raleigh News & Observer attempted to depict the decision by the 5 member board comprising two Republicans and three Democrats as “unanimous,” WRAL reports that following the decision, the two Republicans resigned from the board.
Republican candidate for Governor Dan Forest has asked Attorney General Bob Barr to investigate.
To give you an idea of the magnitude of the problem, nearly 1 MILLION absentee ballots have thus far been requested in North Carolina alone.
