Countering the

Biden gun ban agenda

This Saturday and Sunday (December 19 & 20), “Guns, Politics and Freedom” will examine how the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is already collaborating with a potential Biden administration by going after AR-15-type pistols with pistol stabilizing braces, as well as popular unfinished “80%” lower receivers and kits.

Next, we discuss the ATF comment period which just opened on pistol stabilizing braces – a comment period designed to avoid your input – and how you can easily register your input.

Finally, we will feature gun writer and blogger Dean Weingarten to discuss whether Biden will attempt to ban semi-automatic firearms by regulatory fiat as the ATF did with bump stocks and is trying to do with pistol braces, and whether the Supreme Court would be willing to intervene to stop Biden from attempting to impose such a ban.

In addition to the show’s existing time, the station is adding another slot, so now you can hear Episode 75 live at either on Saturday at 1:00 PM or on Sunday at 5:00 PM, or you may go to “Guns, Politics and Freedom Radio Show” on YouTube at
