GRNC has learned that Republicans in the NC Senate will be caucusing at 3:00 PM, and will surely be earnestly discussing gun bill HB 746. After caucus, the bill will very likely go back to the committee. For this reason, it is critical that you call before 3:00 PM (today) and let your senator know that you expect him or her to voice support for the bill in caucus, and of course, to vote 'yes' on the bill wherever it comes up for a vote (in committee, if applicable, and on the Senate floor).

I am asking Senator [your senator] to stand up for the Republican Party Platform and voice full support for this bill. For the same reasons, I expect him/her to vote for this bill in committee if that applies, and of course, on the Senate floor. Thank you.
