This week, “Guns, Politics and Freedom” discusses how you can stop two recent Notices of Proposed Rulemaking from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, one of which would regulate individual parts of guns as if they were entire firearms. The other, purporting to regulate “pistol stabilizing braces,” would create a labyrinth of regulations so complex that thousands of gun owners could become accidental felons. We will also examine new information that has come to light regarding David Chipman, Joe Biden’s nominee to head the BATFE.
