America on Trial
Traditional Americans were relieved when Kyle Rittenhouse was acquitted of all charges in the Kenosha, Wisconsin murder trial. But given lies told about the case in the media and even by members of the legal profession who should know better, it has become obvious that more was on trial than Kyle Rittenhouse: At stake was our system of justice, the Second Amendment, and even American individualism.
Our guest for Episode 86 is criminal defense attorney Ron Shook, who will discuss the case, prosecutorial misconduct, and the implications of the Rittenhouse case on the American justice system.
