‘The establishment of our new Government seemed
to be the last great experiment for promoting human happiness.’
– George Washington, January 9, 1790
Gun Rights Supporters:
If you’re like me, you’ve come to hate the crass commercialism of “Black Friday” and “Cyber Monday.”
Instead of buying microwaves, we should be helping to perpetuate “The Great American Experiment” – our nearly 250 years of a Republic dedicated to the novel proposition that government is the servant of man.
So that is what I propose we do: co-opt that most commercialized “holiday,” and turn it into “Freedom Friday.”
What ‘Freedom Friday’ means…
For Freedom Friday (and beyond), we should give the gift of freedom, namely, Christmas presents of things like:
- Membership in organizations that defend individual liberty;
- Books and other media celebrating our Republic; and
- Books and other media that help citizens preserve our Republic.
And yes, modest though it may be, Rules for ANTI-Radicals: A Practical Handbook for Defeating Leftism is one of the books you can give to others at Christmas which not only shows people how to defend against leftists in daily life but also, more importantly, shows them how to defend our Republic against the Marxists who seek to destroy it.
Why Rules for ANTI-Radicals?
Last year, I tried to find a book to train other conservative activists in the tactics I found to be effective in defeating leftism and preserving mainstream American values. When I found that no such book existed, I decided to write it. The result is Rules for ANTI-Radicals: A Practical Handbook for Defeating Leftism, and I’m happy to say it is being well received. In fact, I sent a copy to Tom Gresham, host of the nationally syndicated radio show “Gun Talk,” and he raved about it on his show, calling it “fantastic” and “an instant classic.” The book also has been praised by David Codrea and Dean Weingarten writing in Ammoland.com, David Hines in The American Conservative, and elsewhere. What Tom and I discussed on “Gun Talk” was the fact that conservatives are losing the battle for our culture because they don’t understand how political war is waged (and it’s not what you learned in civics class). They don’t understand the tactics the left is using to win. You might recognize that the book’s title is a play on Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals, which has been the play book for left-wing activists for 50 years. And yes, Rules for ANTI-Radicals does refine Alinsky’s tactics and bring them into the 21st Century. But my book goes far beyond Alinsky. |
Give the gift of freedom … and support gun rights!
To help patriots spread the word this Christmas, I am offering an unprecedented 25% off either print or eBook versions of Rules for ANTI-Radicals, as well as 25% off all virtual seminars ordered from my site at RulesForAntiRadicals.com by using the discount code “Freedom.”
Better yet, even at this discounted price, I will donate $4 of every book or seminar sold to Grass Roots North Carolina.
A practical guide for activists and mainstream Americans alike
Part I, “Boot Camp for Conservative Activists,” is directed to citizens alarmed at how American culture is being hijacked by the left. Detailing how we got to where we are, it gives you tools and tactics for dealing with “Woke” lunacy in daily life, be it in your neighborhood, your workplace, or your child’s school.
Part II, “Activist Tools and Tactics,” is directed at concerned citizens and neophyte activists, as well as political operatives or candidates. It describes the four types of direct action which can be used to effect change, and how to win both legislative and election battles.
Part III, “Grassroots Organization,” augments skills for conservative political activists and includes techniques for grassroots leadership, creating and maintaining political organizations, conducting effective grassroots mobilization, and non-profit fundraising.
Throughout the book, I give examples from GRNC’s nearly three decades of legislative victories. In the book’s foreword, NC House Representative Jay Adams says, “Paul has refined Alinsky’s methods and turned them mercilessly against the left.”
Writing in Ammoland.com, “War on Guns” columnist David Codrea said:
“This is a college-level class on how to fight, and taking it makes us all the more knowledgeable and prepared to win. Valone knows what he’s talking about and explains it all in a way that’s easy to follow and interesting. He supplements it throughout with graphics, charts, and appendices, making this not just an instruction manual, but an authoritative reference that activists will want to keep nearby for when the innumerable questions arise that Rules for Anti-Radicals has ready answers to.”
When asked what type of government the Framers had created in Philadelphia, Benjamin Franklin replied, “A republic, madam, if you can keep it.”
Please help keep our Republic by giving others a copy of Rules for ANTI-Radicals
