GRNC Alert 6/12/22: STOP “Traitor Thom” and “Benedict Burr” From Doing the Devil’s Work

Politico is now reporting (https://www.politico.com/news/2022/06/12/senators-strike-bipartisan-gun-safety-agreement-00039019) that Senator “Traitor Thom” Tillis has just agreed to a deal with gun banning Democrats, stabbing in the back the very voters who helped him achieve victory in his most recent reelection.

CNN reports (https://www.cnn.com/2022/06/12/politics/senate-gun-safety-agreement/index.html) Senator “Benedict Burr” has also signed on to the agreement with enough other Republicans to defeat any filibuster on the measure.

Included in this deal will be the relegation of young, law-abiding adults to second class constitutional status when it come to the purchase and possession of yet undefined categories of firearms.

Included in this deal will be Federal “bribes” to coerce state legislatures to create unconstitutional gun confiscation schemes (GSO’s) that will allow anyone with a chip on their shoulder to subject YOU, a lawful gun owner who has committed no offense, to the seizure and confiscation of your firearms and the besmirching of your good reputation and character as well.

Democrats have long considered “red flag” GCOs as the “low-hanging fruit.” Apparently our very own “Traitor Thom” and “Benedict Burr” are willing to pull down the branch and let them pick it at their pleasure.  If they succeed in passing them, it will build momentum for additional gun control.  Remember their goal is simple and direct:  Regulation, Registration, and Confiscation!

Dear Senators Tillis and Burr:

I direct and demand, Senators, that you immediately renounce your ill-advised agreement to conspire with gun banning democrats to add new burdens and hurdles for law abiding American citizens to purchase, keep and bear arms.  Your reported unconditional surrender to the gun banning demands of the left just to add “bipartisan conspirator” to your resume will not endear you to those of us who previously held our noses to vote for you.  Remember, OUR votes got you over the top!

Today Politico and CNN are reporting the outline of your joint surrender to gun banners.  Your deal will tarnish millions of law-abiding adults with the stigma of “potential deviant, mass murderer” by treating them to second class status as far as their constitutional right to bear arms is concerned.

Further your endorsement of unconstitutional gun confiscation orders will open the floodgates for disgruntled snitches to file false claims resulting in lack of due process weapons seizures rubber stamped without due process by agenda driven bench sitting judicial activists. 

These infringements on the right to bear arms of law-abiding citizens will DO NOTHING to stop miscreants and sociopaths from continuing their assaults of the innocent, particularly in those most inappropriately named “gun free zones” almost exclusively chosen for such carnage.

Turn back from this backstabbing path you have taken against those who elected you.
