anti-gun zealot to head ATF
This week, “Guns, Politics and Freedom” analyzes what David Chipman, Joe Biden’s nominee to head the ATF, has in mind for banning semi-automatic firearms and saddling their owners with onerous restrictions of the 1934 National Firearms Act, and how to stop him.
We will also examine the recent Notice of Proposed Rulemaking from the ATF, which goes far beyond its stated goal of regulating so-called “ghost guns” and may actually create a nightmare for owners of modern modular firearms such as the AR-15.
