DEADLINE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT ON ATF STABILIZING BRACE FIASCO IS SEPTEMBER 8th |
THE ATTACKS ON YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS JUST KEEP COMING!!
“REGISTRATION, CONFISCATION, ANNIHILATION….” PART TWO
December 2020-the ATF requested public comments on their proposed amendment of the rules that govern stabilizing braces–then suddenly… they retracted the proposal and discarded your comments.
Now the leftist bureaucrats are coming back with a vengeance to amend long standing rules that would result in the imposition of $200. taxes per firearm, cumbersome paperwork, and firearm registration just so you may (if you are a good little boy or girl) keep what you have already lawfully purchased and render further purchases of firearms with arm braces all but impossible-this would be a tragic attack on your Constitutional Rights and result in business failures for many innocent manufacturers.
These proposed changes reek of discrimination against disabled veterans and female gun owners who may need that extra stabilization to enjoy the use of their firearms safely and comfortably.
For the ATF to reverse its position on stabilizers from ‘approved’ to ‘unapproved’ to ‘maybe okay but we will have to see who decides today’ makes sense only for political purposes antithetical to lawful and rightful gun ownership and manufacturing-the proposed changes have no impact on the violent acts of criminals-just what you would expect to see when the wolf tends the sheep.
This sham of an administration is nothing if not consistent in its attempts to trample your Constitutional rights framing the rules to be purposely vague so that any determination of ‘what is legal today’ will be the most damaging to your rights tomorrow.
See for yourself just what these renegades have in mind for you-visit

Suggested Subject: ATF 2021R-08
IMPORTANT NOTE: TO PREVENT YOUR EMAIL FROM BEING DISCARDED AS “SAME COMMENTS” AND “DUPLICATE EMAIL”
PLEASE MAKE MINOR ALTERATIONS TO THE MESSAGE BELOW TO MAKE IT YOUR OWN.
To Whom It May Concern:
I strongly object to the proposed amendments and rule changes in ATF2021R-08.
These proposed changes will make it difficult for disabled persons and female firearm owners to be able to use their firearms safely and comfortably. This is truly discrimination at is core.
These proposed changes create language and intent never ascribed to the Gun Control Act and the changes are so vaguely worded that an absolute determination of their meaning is impossible.
The proposed changes would also add another burdensome layer of bureaucracy to an agency already mired in red tape and seeking total control of the ability of innocent citizens to exercise their Constitutional, natural, and commonsense rights
It is up to Congress to replace or amend laws; this power must not be usurped by a non-legislative government entity.
Respectfully,
